Freedom of contracts in Iran
According to article 10 of Iran civil law there is a Liberty to make any contract ,in addition to any condition .Except contents which are against fundamental laws Or Public Order.
What is fundamental law? For example marriage regulations are considered to be imperative and we are not able to make an agreement in contrast to marriage contracts, statement and laws.
Nevertheless there is an Absolute freedom in commercial contracts .It mean you can agree upon whatever you want in those contracts .However we have some exceptions.
For instance, Alcoholic drinks or drugs are forbidden in Iran and any contract which involves this kind of issue is Forbidden.
Public order is somewhat similar with fundamental law.
